“I needed to take my trailer to Asheville to pick up a load of lumber. Before I left home I tested my trailer’s signal/brake lights as I always do since I only use my trailer a couple times a year. Of corse the lights did not work. I then drove to the Sanook shop for help. Upon arrival I was told that they were very busy and it may take 1-2 days before they could get to my trailer. I reluctantly agreed, but as I prepared to drop off the trailer the owner did a quick test on the trailer’s electrical system. He was able to diagnose the problem within five seconds. I bought the new part and was on my way to Asheville in ten minutes. I highly recommend the services of Saunook Industries.”

I bought a part a few months ago from the canton store, and ended up not needing it, I lost my receipt. I went by the canton store to try to return it, and it seemed like they really didn’t want to try to help me at all. So I called this store here, not only did they go out of their way to try to find my receipt in the computer, they also let me come there to rerun it instead of having to go back to canton to deal with them.
