“My father bought a Kia new back in 2016 here. Done him right on price an took great care of him. He is older has bad back an sitting around long hammer numbers and such just is hard for him . They didn't take advantage of that an cut the point of fair deal an had him out the door.Now years later the car has started pouring oil I took it in for him to have a small recall done an get oil leak checked. Ian handled my appointment and was it displaying exceptional customer service providing me with information I then received a video transmission from the master technician Brent which was by far the coolest interaction at a dealership that I've had to date he went above and beyond helping with the issue they were able to resolve the problem and others.Between these two gentleman I am beyond thankful.I strongly recommend Paramount Kia make sure and take care of these two because it's hard to find people that will work that hard an take actual pride in there work.Again. A+ experience both Ian and Brent deserve a raise.”

“10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”

“Took in a Nissan Frontier that had some scrapes and dents down the whole side of the vehicle and they did amazing work fixing it all. Truly looks new and it looks like they may have even put a coat of wax on or something. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because when I got there to pick up the truck I saw the sign that said no cards, only cash or check and I had to run to bank to get cash as I don't even carry a check books these days. With that being said I highly recommend these folks and will use them again.”
