“We worked with Jerry and Brent to buy a car recently and had a great experience with both. They were informative, respectful, and welcoming and helped us to get the perfect car for our family. Following a poor experience at another dealer beforehand, it was very relieving to work with these two. Fields will be the first place we look for cars in the future.
Editing to add: When we came to finalize the deal/payment, we needed to bring our little one (one year old) and all of the staff were so sweet to him and understanding of us having to get up now and then with him to get some wiggles out around the waiting area. “I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT CALIBER. The customer service, the intake process, the repairs, the communication. Everything from day one reassured me I and my vehicle were in the right place. Other shops had quoted me 6 to 8 weeks. Caliber said 30 days, had me and my vehicle back on the road in 22 days! Arlando in the front office even worked with me to pre-order the parts we needed to reduce the time in the shop. By far one of the best features was him communicating with me via text updates to let me know where they were at with the repairs. They handled this far better than State Farm or Enterprise. You want Caliber to do your vehicles bodywork!”
“Rickman's really helped me out!! After I locked the doors to keep them out, bears had torn the handles off all four doors, so I had to crawl in through the back. I couldn't get in without leaving a window down and the insurance shop said it would be 6 weeks and take a week. Rickman's ordered the parts, got me in the next week, and did the job in an hour. Upon seeing the damage to the car, she prepared me that it would very likely be an expensive repair and gave me information about probable next steps. After insurance made their determination, she advocated for me for more time to clean out my car when the scrap yard was repeatedly calling. She was a God-send at a stressful, emotional time. “I went to the store today for a 36 year old Nissan that had been in a garage for the past ten years and in need of a battery. When asked if I wished for it to be installed, I said yes, and then it began to rain.
Eric Vess, the manager, grabbed a rain parka and with me holding a small umbrella to little affect, he spent the next 30 minutes determinedly dealing with the challenges of this older car. It was great to see that getting it right really meant something to him.”
“When did looking for a part for my Car The description of the part I gave the gentleman was very vague, He went to the back for a few minutes and then came to me with a diagram of the braking system, so I will be able to point to the part that I needed. Unfortunately, the part is no longer manufactured, but he gave me the part number and the size of the bolt that I needed. Which was great.”

“I was early to my appointment, and they got me in quickly and done ahead of schedule. The cabin air filter was shown to me in the waiting room so that I could authorize it being changed. It was not only scheduled time to change it but it was very dirty.”
“Had a hitch installed here and the install and equipment quality was top notch. I've seen similar vehicles with other brands of hitches and they looked far less solid. Even when a random harness turned out to be wired incorrectly (no fault of theirs) they diagnosed it quickly and replaced without question.”
