Fraud alert: Someone is posting reviews under an account in my name. I have no problem with CVS and as far as I know there is no such thing as fish odor syndrome, but if there were, I believe this individual has something far worse going in their twisted little brain. Sorry CVS - we're trying to get google to do something about this fraudulent account, but so far nothing short of pressing charges will stop this.

I have fish odor syndrome and had some questions about possible treatments. The pharmacy tech was not helpful.I need a natural treatment for this because too many meds cause me to have bloating.I was told I needed to contact my physician.

If you like customer service this is not the place for you. If you like being informed that your prescription might have an issue, again this place isn’t for you. If you do like being made to feel like you’re an inconvenience to the staff guess what this is your spot!!! I don’t understand how someone that acts like they hate people would take a job that has to actually deal with people. Makes sense they have a 2.5 rating.

I can't understand the negative reviews, as my experience has been uniformly outstanding. I have used this pharmacy more than 20 times and the staff has always tried hard and treated me pleasantly, even when very busy. I had trouble at first (with another CVS) in changing my prescriptions to this store, and these folks spent an extra 15 minutes straightening it out. Best CVS around.

I had a horrible experience with this pharmacy about a month ago. I waited this long to post this because I was willing to let the incident go. I don't even want to get into all the details of the event but I was having a bad day. I had literally left the doc's office with bad news. Upon arriving here to pick up my new meds things were fine until I made a simple request. At which point all the women in the pharmacy started treating me like a child. Yes, I was angry, but they kept saying things to simply pick at my mood. Things escalated and the tech was yelling at me. I was denied service and told I could never come back. I called corporate who was going to force them to fill my scripts. But at that point, I wanted to go home and grieve. Today, a month later I sent my husband back to pick up my meds or move them to a new pharmacy. They did not know who he was but immediately the staffer started bad-mouthing me to him. I own a local business and this is uncalled for. I took responsibility for my own actions and let this go. However, I will not tolerate my name being spoken of in such a manner in the community. I write this to bring attention to the fact the manager and staff need sensitivity training. I do hope corporate addresses this issue and contacts me. This is not how businesses need to be run anywhere. I am sure with it being a big box company they really don't care about customer service. Or these issues would never have happened in the first place. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go to this pharmacy. I left them once before but I will never go back to this location again. The pharmacy is there to provide a service not critique incidents or people in the community.

I've been with CVS for years now, and in different states as well. Their service is consistent, their selection is good. The pharmacy staff is usually friendly and helpful, even though they are perpetually busy and there's almost always a line of people.My only concern is this: they always say they'll let me know when my Rx is ready, but in Waynesville, they never do. Not even a text!

Everybody wants to complain about turnover and bad service. The reason why they can't keep help is because their is only a small percentage of this country that will work and they are old and because our liberal government that this country keeps voting in office has most of the population convinced that they don't need to work they will be taken care of so fix it by voting someone in who wants to stop the handouts and make folks earn what they get and if they see they have to work maybe CVS can keep help.

They let me pick up my online order at the drive thru so I didnt have to go into the store. I was sick and didnt feel like going in. Big help and were very nice

This is your typical CVS pharmacy where the pharmacy is completely overloaded and can't get back to you, can't get things filled on time etc. This is not my home pharmacy. However something so extraordinarily positive happen to me 10 minutes ago I have to rave on a particular employee and I do hope that this is read by management. I called The upfront for my problem because the pharmacy didn't want to answer the phone and for the first time in 20 plus years was going to voicemail. Someone named *Maddie* working up front. She was absolutely fantastic and is going to try to take care of it for me it was very important that I let you all know and hopefully you will give her an atta girl! Thank you
