We have had our TS240 hot tub for 4 months and we are pleased with how well everything went. The delivery was 4-5 hours late but being the last delivery of the day, I expected that. I'm 70 miles from the store! They put it right where I wanted it. I saw where someone wanted a tutorial on how to use it but how can the delivery guys do that when the tub isn't wired up or have water in it?? I'm old school and like paper manuals but I can find it online. The best thing of all is the service after the sale. I have called them 4-5 times with questions and have always been treated as well as anyone can hope for. Miss Wyle is who I talked to most of those times and she seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. A warrantied part broke and she took care of it asap. I thought it wouldn't be covered and they could have charged me for it and I would have never known. I appreciate the honesty. Oh btw, I love the tub itself - great product.

We bought a very expensive hot tub from them they never have called us 1 time to see how we are doing. We have some warranty issues so I will post a new review when they respond and repair the Masters Hot tub. I will call them tomorrow.

Everyone at David’s Home Entertainment was professional and very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing to installation of our H2X Fitness Swim Spa.Originally we had planned to buy another well known brand swim spa, but the H2X we chose exceeded our wishlist and at a more affordable price tag.Additionally, we had a few obstacles on our end with where we wanted to set the swim spa. David and his staff worked tirelessly with us to make it happen. We are absolutely delighted to finally have the swim spa in place and are looking forward to many years of fitness and relaxation!

Our new hot tub was delivered yesterday. The crew was on time, professional and just got the job done in extremely hot conditions. They also held our hot tub in storage for an extended period of time as our outdoor project took longer than planned to come together. Always responsive and helpful when I have called with any questions!

Nice variation of hot tub options, great information, answered a lot of questions, worked w me to set a good delivery date, and showed up as planned. Have an electrician arranged to help w set up. Also very nice to credit back a pad that I bought and ultimately didn’t need.

Customer service support is non-existent!!! ?. Just received my swim spa and while the delivery men were VERY PROFESSIONAL and worked in extreme heat without any complaining, we have received NO HELP from anyone else from the home office! I feel the Owner's Manual should have been "handed" to us personally. We can't even talk to anyone except M-Th between 9-5!!! Hours we are at work!! Also, we had to call to verify delivery for next day. No one took the time to contact us before delivery and only contact AFTER delivery was text from "finance company" to verify delivery. Could not ask questions or send text back with questions. We feel like all David's Entertainment care about is getting our money!!!!?. There wasn't even an option to have someone from their company "install" for us. I'm a widow and my son has health issues and even AFTER watching video, we still are not clear on how to start set up. Right now we would give David's Home Entertainment a NEGATIVE 5!!!!

We went to the Expo at Anderson Civic Center. They were extremely helpful and willing to talk to us and answer all of our questions. Delivery went really well. Both fellows we so kind and helpful and did what needed to be done! We would use them again!!

We bought a swimspa from them. Took few months to get but we had to get a concrete slab poured in meantime anyway. Delivery went smoothly, if we have an issue they are very helpful over the phone as well. Wonderful people to work with.

Giving a 4 only because they were later than their delivery window. However, they let me know in advance. They provided me a new ETA and arrived right on the dot. They were quick, efficient and very courteous. Great service.
