I could spend all day in this store. Multiple tools, safety gear and some hobby stuff that would have to do with carpentry, mechanics, welding, electrical, and recovery the winch cable type plus much more.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is not handicap accommodating. I needed a winch that was only available in the store and I’m unable to go inside because I’m trying to get this winch to automatically pull up my wheelchair van ramp because I cannot get my chair in and out of the van independently, therefore, I could not go into the store. The manager comes out and tells me their policy, they cannot take my cash into the store and get the item for me. ADA regulations require you todo it if it’s not available for delivery or pickup on site. Never will be back, I go to many gas stations and stores that accommodate, thought harbor would do the same. Anyway got it at another hardware store that came out to my van. If you’re able bodied, this is a great place to shop on your own. But if you’re disabled, don’t expect any help.

Was not happy with the poor performance of the cen-tech 630 batter booster or the manager Nash who couldn’t help me. The product worked one time and never worked again. I think he thought I was lying but I honestly used it once and it never worked again. I even had him look at it and he said it was dead. He was professional and the store is very nice but I’ll probably not buy their products anymore
