I love this pharmacy. They are very friendly and never make you feel judged or have they ever been rude , unlike ingles pharmacy on Barber ...I highly recommend Kim's pharmacy, they are fast, and they have a program where they give u a free bottle of prenatal vitamins every month for the woman , So that's a plus !

Kim's Pharmacy is Amazing! Their customer service is hands down the best I've seen in Haywood County. I just switched EVERY SINGLE PRESCRIPTION in my entire family to Kim's from Walgreens and have been so glad and grateful I did it. The staff answers the phone immediately when you call. The drive thru process is fast and convenient. I literally cannot say a bad thing about the place. I'm glad I switched. I'm there to stay!

Very helpful, I have a medical problem that needs special medication, the larger pharmacies were no help, one even insisted it didn't exists, multiple people at Kim's helper me find something that should work we, thanks guys!

My daughter went to Kim’s pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist asked if she was diabetic and she told them she didn’t know. Since then, my daughter has been exercising and eating better. Also, she did go get checked for diabetes and thank God it came back negative but if it had come back positive, this pharmacist probably could’ve saved my daughters life. Thank you so much to Kim’s pharmacy for being concerned about their clients.

Tried this pharmacy because of their prescription synchronization program... great concept, took a lot to get everything lined up on a 90-day cycle (not their fault, the healthcare industry makes it difficult). One of their employees worked diligently to do the setup. It took about 45 days and more than a few phone calls to get everything aligned.But then a glitch arose. One of my medications is apparently in high demand and I could only get a 30-day supply. Not a disaster, but when it was time to refill, I was told to wait two weeks and try again. In all, this pharmacy failed to deliver three times on a critical medication that I have now been out of for nearly a month.After a few wasted trips into town to hear a "well, it didn't come in" excuse, an e-mail sent to the owner expressing concern received a response via a very adversarial phone call from the person who originally made all the synchronization arrangements. This person hung up on me.Another e-mail to the owner expressing concern about this attitude got a highly sarcastic response: "You had told her that you had tried multiple pharmacies and no one could seem to get it right. There's only one common denominator there. I'll leave it to you to figure that out."This is no way to talk with a customer. So I get the message, and there are more than a few local choices. My wife and I have concluded that Kim's Pharmacy does not want our business.

This was my first experience with Kim's pharmacy, after transferring from Haywood pharmacy that has closed after 30 years. I felt the experience was extremely cold the employee was extremely nice but was a very cold meeting between me and the employee. I really did not feel welcome at this pharmacy. I got my medication and everything was good and I was in and out of the drive-thru pretty quickly but I just really did not have a good first impression of this business. I probably will continue to use the pharmacy because they are very convenient to where I live and my business where I work, but it really needs to be a better experience the next time I go there or, I will go elsewhere

Went in to pick up perscription today. It was compounded incorrectly at no fault of pharmacy. MY complaint, I told Kim I had never had any problems in Indiana or Florida getting this prescription. Kim told me I needed to move back to one of those states. So un professional of a business owner.

It’s takes them 5 days to fill my script. My doctor called it in early so they would have time. Still wasn’t ready. Then I had to wait 5 days after I called to see if it was ready. I’ve never had such an issue anywhere else. Unsure why they struggle with this. Unfortunately they are the only place locally that does compound scripts.

These guys are amazing!! I have a sick older pup and they were able to work out something with the vet so I could get his meds through them. No words can describe how much I and my fur baby appreciate them!!! Nothing but love for all of them ❤️
