Let me start by saying I Love Joy! Very kind and sweet! The store started out wonderful..now there isn't room to move..no stroller space..no wheel chair space..no purse on the shoulder space.Seems like the inventory hasn't been updated in couple yrs...same items as my first picture couple yrs back.Looking forward to an updo for Fall! Always enjoyed shopping here!Nothing personal here..just sharing with Google my opinion.Should we post honest reviews or just stay away from reviews all together!?

Clerk was dismissive and rude. Love small local shops and try to support entrepreneurs. Left without purchase. Perhaps they need understanding of southern hospitality.

I'm not sure what you mean by an incident? Your merchandise is intact, nothing was broken and my kids weren't destroying any of your items. They aren't inconsiderate like you seem to keep making them out to be.I understand it's not a children's purpose base store, but again, you have items that appeal to kids...and I'm sorry they exist is more than just the baby area. That being said, I know what it's like to be responsible for merchandise that your hard earned money paid for. However, I do think that you and your staff jumped the gun and immediately passed judgement. I remember you talking to my oldest about the bunny, and if you didn't immediately walk away from the situation, you would have heard me tell her the same thing. My original review stated the way the situation was handled, and what was said is what offended us. I would also like to point out that a comment of "parents having to pay for the item, which I am sure you would not want to swallow" can be taken in the wrong context. As a parent, I know what kids are capable of and I am fully willing and prepared to take responsibility for any damage they cause.Regardless, it's your store...treat people how you want. I'm just the reviewer here to tell my side of the story and let others figure out the rest for themselves.EDITED IN LINE...ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW....So the decor was really nice. Unfortunately, their customer service and attitude towards kids was not. My wife was having our 6 year old pick out a Christmas decoration for the holiday season, while I watched our 2 year old.Our kids our normal and curious. This store has tons of stuffed animals of all sizes, so naturally, they wanted to hold them. There wasn't a single point when we didn't have an eye on or control of either of them. The owner, a man with a pony tail, randomly came up to us and told us not to have our kids play with the more fragile items. Now this, I can understand...however then he followed it up with a comment of "control your kids". I'm sorry but I'm not sure why you have stuffed animals, holiday items and sell chocolate if you weren't expecting kids to come in. If you thought the holidays were only for adults, then you've been lied to your whole life. Safe to say, we didn't buy anything and promptly left.

I couldn't even begin to say how impressed that I was when I walked into Logan's. My experience hasn't been real thrilling, visiting different stores only to see mountain decor again and again. Surely you would think that I wasn't the only one that didn't care for the mountain theme in their home. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful place to live however sometimes a mountain theme in the home isn't that revealing, at least to me. I was breath taken when I first walked into Logan's so much that because I didn't have time to shop I made a point to go back. On my second visit, I was even more blown because Tiffany the owner is always changing things up and it was even more beautiful than I remembered. I had a really nice conversation with her. She helped me continuously while I was shopping. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure my visit was pleasant. This is just how she is all the time. I found so many things that I bought and wanted. That was what I liked so much about her store because like I said most stores cater to Mountain decor and she has snazzy stuff. Blingy items. Holiday themes. To top all of this, she even offered to help me back to my vehicle with my bags. Now that was super awesome. I highly encourage if you haven't been by Logan's make sure that you set aside some time to visit. You to might be in awe just like I was.
