Bathrooms! Terrible traffic jam for an hour, got off at this exit for the restroom. Exxon bathrooms were out of order and BP had a line of 30 women. This gas station is out of sight, but keep driving and it'll be on the left hand side. There's a restaurant and a full service repair shop but I didn't try those. 2 stalls in women's bathroom. They had soap, toilet paper, and paper towels = a valuable find on a road trip!

Popped a tire while on vacation on a Sunday. Found this place and called. They were open and the service was more than we could have asked for. The mechanic was so nice. And the service was fast.

Wonderful people. Full service station we rarely see now. Helped me with a tire, refilling for weeks before we finally ordered a new one. It was a new Tesla with all weather tires by Continental. NEVER get Continental if given a choice. They've come on this car and my last two Audis. Crap tires. Thank goodness for full service stations like Sorrell's.

I was vacationing in Maggie Valley. Got in my car to go only to find I had a flat tire. Called Sorrell. They gave me the name of an awesome tow company, got my tire information and waited for me to arrive. Before I arrived the owner ordered in a new tire, in case it was needed, to be delivered within the hour. I was in their lot less than twenty minutes. Tire taken off, nail removed, plugged and patched and back on car. Total bill $16.00. Can you get better service?? No way. Top Notch all the way! Very friendly staff and owner. Next day I stopped in for gas on my way out of town, owner saw me at the pump and came out to say hi and check on if my tire was still ok!! Highly recommend this station. Great people, great service and the tire made out back to Ohio fine!

Needed a new starter for my 1997 Jeep after breaking down in the car line at school. Tristan did a wonderful job helping me find inexpensive towing service and great prices on part and labor. I'm very thankful to have heard about this car shop from a friend.

Well, it's a gas station. Lady was super nice. Plus it's connected to a little hardware store and restaurant. so that's also real convenient and nice.

This is a unique one-stop-shop. It is the typical gas/convenience store but also has a decent supply of hardware, fishing gear, tools, etc. and some farm and feed supplies. There is usually a mechanic on duty and you can get a NC inspection here. There is a decent diner open for breakfast and lunch. The owner is also one of the county commissioners, so local politics included.
