Shell

Gas Stations
Hours: Shell is a major fuel retailer with numerous stations across the U.S., offering quality fuels and, in some locations, electric vehicle charging. It serves millions of customers daily. The Fuel Rewards® program provides savings on fuel and in-store purchases. Customer experiences at individual stations vary. In one instance, during a severe fuel shortage following a storm, a manager provided exceptional assistance, allowing a customer to purchase the last available gas. This act of humanity enabled the customer to reach their home and salvage important possessions, creating lasting loyalty. In another positive encounter, an employee provided prompt and friendly service by immediately allowing access to a restroom for an elderly customer. However, other reviews note that some locations can seem a little unorganized, with trainees often at the register. Employees sometimes talk amongst themselves rather than engaging directly with the customer. Overall, Shell is a widespread and convenient fueling option where service experiences can differ significantly by location.
