I went there today at five pm. Switched all my stuff over to spectrum. Everyone was great they had to stay late because my phone transfer took a while. Thanks for the great customer service.

I had a Spectrum technician come out today to help to try to resolve an issue with some not so nice neighbors and a cable line that needed to be buried on an easment on their property, The technician was polite calm and confident explained the issue at hand cleary and that it was no fault of mine. I was very impressed by his professionlism and customer service. I highly recomend spectrum and the services that they provide!

The lady that waited on me was rude.I had to come back again to return a receiver that she refused to take.The second time I came back and older man waited on me and I was finished in five minutes. He was very nice and helpful.

I gave them 1 star because I can't comment without giving a star. I've been there twice, and they've done nothing to help me get Internet! Very unprofessional office, with untrained staff. I'm learning to do without Internet at home, because Spectrum obviously doesn't want or need my money. Uncaring and unprofessional company, only out there for the money they can rob from you.

Terrible Customer service. I went in to pay cash on my Business Internet and Phone and without even taking the time to look up my account the grey-haired man immediately told me it had to be paid electronically. He was so rude and speaking over me that I left. Being a local business owner this is important to me and I was treated unfairly. Two weeks ago I came in and paid cash to a young woman without issue. I have a business bundle and I cannot believe how rudely he spoke to me.

Terrible customer service in general, specifically bad management and personal interaction at the Waynesville office. I was returning equipment for my dad in another state, who had called and been told what to do. Of course, Charles in Waynesville couldn't accept the equipment--I wasn't on the account--wouldn't let my dad simply tell him by phone that I was legit, and blamed the other customer service agents with whom my dad had worked for the problem.The kicker? I asked if I could return the equipment via FedEx or UPS as my dad suggested."Yes, but that won't change the billing statement immediately," he said."But neither will you, right?" I asked."I'm not going to confirm or deny your question, sir. Have a good day," he said.Yeah, that's what passes for service at this Spectrum office. Steel yourself.UPDATE: I walked into a UPS store in Asheville the next day and walked out less than 5 minutes later with a receipt confirming my return of the equipment, and the service was kind as well as efficient. So the Spectrum store would not accept THEIR OWN equipment returns from someone who could produce identification showing the same last name as the person on the account and could get the account holder on the phone if needed, but UPS (or FedEx) accepts it with a smile and nothing else required. That should be a problem that Spectrum recognizes and addresses, and one its employees acknowledge and apologize for, if they can't work around. That did not happen.To repeat: if you want to walk into the Waynesville Spectrum store for service, steel yourself.
