They always have what I need, but often times when there is nothing going on at the printer area, they attempt to charge me an extra fee.

Smart aleck red headed guy made us wait and ignored us at the counter. We placed an order for prints by email, and it’s all we can do to get a confirmation that they’re ready (they’re not. We’ve been told twice now to come back! It doesn’t take other printers this long... he was able to help other people in line get their copies and prints?). We waited in line and the guy helped literally everyone else in line before us, including the person at the self-service copy station. Then he told us he’d be right with us, and left the counter…to stock stationery.Since one of us is a person of color, I suspect it’s related to r a c ĩ s m. That’s really the only conclusion I can come to since this guy was so bent on helping everyone BUT us.

This beast is not what it used to be. They stopped carrying folding tables and added coloring books.

Mismanagement starts at the top. I came in today for printer ink, I was really hoping for a quick trip as I’m pretty busy today but I ended up standing in line for more than 15 minutes because there was nobody to run the register. When I came in I went straight to get my ink and immediately headed towards the checkout, I saw one female associate and another male associate, the female instructing the male to show/explain products that some other customers were interested in. The female disappeared. There was a note on the registers saying go to print and ship for check out, so I walked over there and stood behind a lady who was waiting to ship something. After so long she got fed up and left, after about 15 minutes I called you guys and asked if there was someone there to help me. Whoever answered (female) said well he’s busy with a customer right now and that he’ll be there to help you in a moment. Obviously however answered was in the store, she saw me come in as well as the influx of other people… How could she leave her coworker there by himself? I’ll give you two stars because that guy was working twice as hard as he should’ve been because no one else was. This is a failure in management.

It's nice to have a Staples in town for quick supplies, however their printing department is lame. I had ten copies to make , the store was empty. There were two people in the department. I didn't want to go through prepayment with a credit card, I just needed10 copies. One person said they couldn't copy it for me ,the other offered to write up an.ordwr useless

While visiting in Waynesville, we realized we had to print, scan, and email a document.Becca was sooo extremely nice and a tremendous help to us with navigating our iPhones. We did not get to say goodbye as she went on a lunch break, but she is a great asset to the store and we so appreciate all the help and time she spent with us ?

So I ask how much 20 color copies would be, she says 60 cents each. I say OK. She rings it up and says $17.64. I ask I thought they were 60 cents a copy, she replies you wanted them right always so there is an expedite fee? I said you didn't tell me this and I say forget it just l keep them and walked out. A person would think, wow did I not tell them that? OR IF they didn't hear me maybe just say keep them my bad? That is ZERO customer service.

Was spoken to very rudely by an older gentleman cashier, don’t know if it was a bad day but there is no need to be rude to customers . Went in to buy a printer ink cartridge, never going back, other places deserve my money.

You would think with their outrageous prices the value proposition of Staples would be good service. Not so in Waynesville. Expect to be ignored or actively shooed away as you attempt to look at and buy things well over retail cost. I assume they are all payed very little and have a culture of apathy and disdain for working. I did see one of the positive reviews was a person who works there so I’m gonna guess that was a person held hostage by the manager to fix the reviews for the bad service.

Nearly empty store in a wretched little strip mall, but did any of the associates offer assistance? No they were too busy chatting.

As an employee of the Waynesville Staples, I'd like to set something straight. When you enter the phrase "notary near me" into Yelp & Staples pops up, we, at Staples, do not have a notary on staff. We do have the ability to have notary stamps made & notary log books.

The print shop team is amazing! Special shout out to Jack and Nina for all their help in remedying a dark, grainy Christmas card I had printed. They went above and beyond and their commitment to customer service is truly appreciated! It's not often you find people working in customer service who are so helpful, understanding, and kind.

Store is extremely clean and organized. Jack in The Print & Copy Center is amazing. Did an exceptional job making some laminated items for my business. Thank you!
