Love all the staff and pharmacists. They deal with so much, and still do it with so much grace and attentiveness.

I would have put 0 stars if it was possible. We’re changing pharmacies as soon as possible this is the slowest place I’ve ever been to.

It's sad when my doctor has to send in the same prescription 3 or 4 times before they say it shows up in there system and the people working here are so rude if you dont want the job find something else I am changing pharmacy's as soon as I can I would not recommend this one to anyone who really needs there meds and need them on time

Deplorable service from the non-pharmacist staff who are supposed to be helpful but have bad attitudes, esp the plump girl with a node ting. Pharmacist have always been helpful.plump girl wit a nose ring

Horrible service! I had to wait for 20 minutes on hold. They gave me a partial 3 pills instead of 90 and told me to come back later.

I called. She said 1 hour. I showed up. She says my insurance will not cover for another 24 hours. Obviously she could have seen this on my initial call. That's why I called ahead.

Terrible. The woman who answered the phone when I called on Saturday to ask about a notification I had gotten from the Walmart app about my prescription being on hold was incredibly rude from the moment she answered. I’m sure these people are overworked, underpaid, and also deal with some of the worst human beings to ever draw breath BUT my simple question asked politely didn’t require the level of sass I received. Do better.

What's the point in having a prescription called in if they're not going to fill it until you get there anyway? Every time. Have an important medication you need to start asap? Your doctor called it in ahead of time? Too bad, they won't fill it until you get there and you'll have to wait and wait.

I stopped using this pharmacy atleast a year ago because they were constantly giving me different issues. So this week my doctor didn’t get my meds called in on time and my pharmacy isn’t open on Sunday’s so I asked them to call into to here since I have used them before. They get my meds called in and go figure the first thing that pops up is it’s delayed. I call for explanation they say they need more information for Medicaid to cover they sent a form and are waiting until Monday to get a response. I have literally been on my medication for a decade and my insurance always handles it. Just 2 weeks ago they handled it no problem. I told the lady screw it I’ll transfer it to my pharmacy Monday! Marks pharmacy fills my prescription in minutes if I walk in with it in hand and any issues I may have they always take care of for me. They don’t burden my with all the crossing Ts and dotting my i’s. Your pharmacy is full of rude people who literally are not there to serve anyone. You take 4 hours to fill a single pill and Jesus Christ your lines are abused not to mention a medication you have been on for years they will still make you consulate a pharmacist every time you pick up! Who’s got time for any of this? NOT ME.

Always one person clerking, with a constant line of 10-15 people. Don't go here if you don't have an hour to waste!

If I could give NO stars, I would! I'm seriously going to switch pharmacies and I don't care if it costs me more for my meds. I turned in 5 prescriptions at 10:30 am. The lady who took them said they'd be ready in 30 minutes. I said I'd be back just after 3 to get them. She said thanks as if I was doing them the biggest favor in the world. Go back at 4 to get meds and, big surprise, they aren't ready. Told it'll take 30 minutes. I complained so cashier talks to two people then comes back mumbling about computer issues and says 15 minutes. I go back 15 minutes later and low and behold they have some that are ready and some being filled and they need 30 more minutes. This place is ridiculous! They act like customers are stupid enough to believe computer issues are the problem and they can't keep their word on ready times. Some of my medicine is for a post-surgical knee and some of it is for pneumonia! I'm not here just for giggles! Quit gabbing to everyone at the register for 30 minutes after you've checked them out and for God's sakes quit making me talk to the pharmacist about a medicine I've been on for years. Even if it's a new med I can read the warning labels to see it'll make me drowsy, I don't need someone to say it to me like I'm illiterate!!!

Will not answer the phone I have called multiple times still no answer. They are so confused on what's on their 4 6 or 10 dollar list. They had to go back and fix because they had price wrong, and they are still wrong.
