“My car which was essentially brand new was hit while I was at work. Once I got everything sorted out with the insurance I took it straight to Floyd's since I knew the reputation they had in the area and they definitely delivered. Both of the women I dealt with up front were amazing and made this such a simple process (outside of having to deal with Sate Farms nonsense). The process was fast as well, my car was dropped off on January 5th and they started on it that very same day and I was able to pick it up today January 13th. The quality of the work is top notch but not only can you not tell the car was ever hit but they also washed and cleaned up the inside of the car as well too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
