Lori is AMAZING and her level of service is the reason I would choose this location again when/if I have a storage need. She went above and beyond for me at every turn. I'd choose a climate controlled unit if I had to do it again due to moisture, but wouldn't hesitate to leverage Compass again if Lori is still there because I know and her team would take care of me!
