Employees here use deceptive selling tactics to try to steal your money. Was asked 3 times about donations, said no. Then she proceeded to scan it anyway. Look at your receipts when you leave there.

Loved it when it was Cruziers, but has gone downhill fast since becoming Refuel. Most of the folks that worked there when they opened are no longer there and customer service has suffered greatly. The night guy is the worst, he has the personality of a wet sock.

This place is disgusting ever since it became a refuel. The bathrooms are disgusting I saw 2 cockroaches and some nasty stuff over the toilets. I wish this could go back to cruisers
