The employee is extremely nice and always helpful. They have products that many other tobacco and vape shops don't have. Prices are very fair.

Minimum 50$ for a glass water pipe for which they carry replacement parts. I was stupid, bought a cheap one, broke part of it and surprise! No replacement parts because of non standard size. Had to buy the next level up with art work that was objectionable ( i covered it with tape, once home). and had to spend 20$ MORE, which i did NOT want to spend. Glass water pipe selection small, like most vape shops. There MUST be better shops than this one.

Couple months ago I asked if the had a certain product. A popular product. I was greeted by the short harry fat guy with a what the f… is that. After he continued on for a few seconds. I bought something different. But that was the last time I will come to this location. I willing go out of my way to take my money somewhere else. Very poor customer service.
