I Love Domino's just don't understand why Domino's and other pizza businesses (e.g. Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Marco’s) do not deliver to the Riley Hill area (e.g. Buck Rd, Edgemont Rd, Perry Branch Rd, Pond Rd, Hodge Rd, Broughton Rd, Fowler Rd). Times have changed. Stop living in the past. Hell…Riley Hill needs an economic hub of services (e.g. Gas Station, Food, Shopping) since the Town of Wendell/Knightdale/Zebulon does not care.

Kind of sad I did a delivery order and I had to end up going to go get it because it was over an hour for a 3-mile drive. Never doing delivery again this place has really gone downhill. Sometimes even carryout takes forever and then she expects me to pay for a cold pizza haGet it together

Are you craving a delicious pizza? I highly recommend this great pizza place! You won't be disappointed with their amazing selection of toppings and mouthwatering crust. It's a shame they don't deliver to Zebulon, but it's definitely worth the drive to their location. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Placed an online order. I arrived at the time order was to be ready. My order was not ready yet so I sat in a booth to wait. I saw an order set up on a shelf and I watched the lady working the front look at the ticket 3 times and then walk away. When I inquired about my order a few minutes later she said Oh here is your order. The same one she had looked at 3 times and walked away from never calling the name on the ticket. When I asked her why she did that she would not look me in the eye or even acknowledge me. she grabbed a bunch of dipping sauces put them on my box told me to get my soda then she took the receipt off my boxes and kept it. Definitely not a good experience. I don't mind a wait I know they were busy but when someone looks at an order that has been put up on the shelf and three times walk away without calling the order so customer can take it and go, that is bad service.

Very slow and wait times are terrible. Placed order it said 40 to 50 min, arrived and waited over an hour for our pizza’s. Staff consistently taking orders and tell customers 45 min and laugh and joke about wait times. This place is a joke.

Ordered pizza online to be delivered Saturday afternoon at 3. By 7PM, still not here although it was paid for and a tip left. No call or information from them. Just excuses. At 9PM, drove into town to get money returned. Beware!

Same old same old. Ordered at 7:05, app said 45 minutes for delivery, pie didn't even make into the oven until 8:30. I stopped ordering from here because of extremely poor order turn around and the dishonest app but decided to give it a try a year later. Nothing had improved. Won't give them a third try.

Ordered a delivery online and system said 45-60 minutes. After 80 minutes I call the store. No answer for 12 minutes. After arriving to the location I was informed "we haven't started it". Worst customer service ever. No offer of refund or anything. Now just outside waiting on my pizza to be made.

Ordered pizza online like we have many times over the last 2 years. Had no problems placing the order. Over 20 minutes went by before the dominos website told us our pizza was cancelled. We called and they unapologetically told us their new GM doesn't want to send drivers out "that far". It's a 15 minute drive.First, why doesn't the app or website block me from ordering if I'm outside the radius? If you're going to change your radius, update your radius. Don't just let customers find out almost half an hour later that they actually can't get food from you. And if you can't update your radius, at least cancel the order quickly. AND if you can't update the order and can't update the radius, just call the customer.Many things could have been done, but this Dominos has decided to not do any of them.

Ordered my pizza online for delivery 90 minutes ago, but was quoted 55-65 minutes. Currently attempting to call the store but no one is answering and it’s been 10 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous.

My delivery driver was Clifford , and he was sweet as can be . Pizza came on time and was hot !
