“Wonderful customer support! Called one day last week to arrange a sympathy arrangement to be sent to my colleague's home. They were delivered when they said they would arrive and my colleague texted with a picture of nice arrangement saying thank you. Then followed with a peace lily for the funeral. It was a morning ceremony so they made the point to deliver it the afternoon before so it would be included on time. It was healthy, and a tasteful bow was included. So polite on the phone every time I called. Highly recommend and will use again!”
