“Wonderful customer support! Called one day last week to arrange a sympathy arrangement to be sent to my colleague's home. They were delivered when they said they would arrive and my colleague texted with a picture of nice arrangement saying thank you. Then followed with a peace lily for the funeral. It was a morning ceremony so they made the point to deliver it the afternoon before so it would be included on time. It was healthy, and a tasteful bow was included. So polite on the phone every time I called. Highly recommend and will use again!”

“Made time for a small purchase on the bushiest day of the year. (Valentine Day) 1. Great ready made selection. 2. Kind a patient. I will send my NC friends flowers from only here. When I walked in, they had 10 extra people making arrangements, sending out orders, manning the phones. I was about to settle for an item out of the display when the lovely woman who helped me asked it was just what I was looking for. I mentioned my friend and how if the arrangement had lillies, it would be perfect. She made new arrangement. Price, like the display. At no point did she rush me or make me feel like my humble purchase was an inconvenience. She made my friend's day and provided me with the type of service I wish I could find every day. Going to send out a contemporary bouquet next.”

“Excellent experience! Called them directly (from another state) and asked them to create a thank you bouquet of their choosing, so technically it was a blind purchase. They are not a big fancy place, very down to earth. My aunt received her flowers and said the display was 'spectacular'! Very happy and we will return!”
