My daughter bought her car here a few months ago from Edmond H, and she had an amazing experience. I had been wanting to get into something different, so I contacted Edmond to see what was available within my limits. After working with me for two days, I was able to find and get the vehicle I wanted while trading in my Honda Accord Sport. Thanks the Edmond and the amazing staff at Leith GMC, I am now the proud and excited owner of a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I recommend to all to visit Leith and ask for Edmond! His courtesy, professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs/wants is top tier!

No surprises. Leith GMC is conveniently located and very accommodating with appointments even with short lead times. All of the personnel are very pleasant, professional and helpful. Despite recently selling my GMC AT4 and now owning a Chevrolet Trail Boss, I still find Leith a convenient and preferred option for my maintenance needs.

After I left your dealership, I took few minutes to call 3 other dealerships nearby and made the same two request.
1. Can you reset the airbag light?
2. Can you program a new key fob?
All three dealership stated the same. They could reset the light, but if it came back on it would need more diagnostics to identify how to get it off.
In addition, with regards to the Key Fob, One dealership had to order it and it would be there Thursday, another dealership stated that they could order it and have it there overnight Tuesday afternoon and the other dealership actually had one in stock and I am headed there to pick it up right now.
I am deeply concerned about the way your service person treated me by continuing to tack on additional fees and services.
First, he told me that it would be 200+ dollars just to diagnose the airbag light and did not heed my request as I only wanted it reset. Secondly, when the key fob could not be programmed, he stated that I would have to buy a factory OEM set that was $399 and then I would have to pay for the programming again. Lastly, and by far the most egregious treatment, he told me not to turn my car off as an antitheft sensors were kicked in, and he didn’t know if my car would turn on again if I turned it off.
The overall service and incompetence from your service person is not only astonishing, but it amazes me that he would put me back into my car and tell me not to turn it back off as it may not start again.
I am coming back there shortly and I would like the programming completed and full refund from the diagnostics work on airbag.

Ran over an object in the road and got a flat tire. Called Brandy Colson to see if they had a tire for my car. They didn’t have one but they would get me one. They found a tire for me in Durham and went after it. Was very impressed with that.

Jeff the service manager is excellent. He truly made my experience at Leith GMC wonderful.
I came in for an oil change and diagnosis for my air conditioning not blowing cold air. Jeff and his team were able to properly diagnosis the first time and fix the issue.
I had to come back a day later because of coolant leaking and they diagnosed and found another concern. Jeff ensured my vehicle was fixed timely and looked out on pricing for me. It was an expensive fix.
A day later I had another issue with the vehicle and I emailed Jeff at 5:35am and he responded by 6. Called is shop steward to take a look at my vehicle on a Saturday morning, ensured I received a loaner to take my kid to school. Fixed the minor repair that was a fluke and had me back on the road.
By far the best dealership I have been to. Look forward bringing my vehicle to Leith for service.
Also had a good expierence with the female advisor who is a cowboy fan. She was very helpful during my visit the first time in July and made my day.
