I purchased a ford focus last year. It was later in the night when I bought it and originally looked fine. The price of 7500 seemed okay to me based off of the lower mileage and from what I saw was positives. I paid way more than what it was priced and found it completely insane. The next morning I noticed it had fabric rips, stained seats and roof, and I’ve had many issues and are still having them. If I can turn back the time I would not have bought this car. Sadly I can not turn back the time and should have researched into better places.

If I could give zero stars for Mike, the General Manager at this Ford dealership, I would.
My family and I came in to look at a 2020 white Traverse with nearly 78,000 miles, listed at $21,998 on the window sticker. We loved the vehicle and were prepared to move forward — even going so far as to move our daughter’s car seat to test drive it.
After test driving and discussing the purchase, we were suddenly told that the price was actually $24,998, and that it had been mislabeled — despite it being clearly listed on the vehicle and only being on the lot for 18 days.
Our sales rep, Jason, did try to help and went to speak with management to make things right. After nearly an hour of waiting — with hungry kids and wasted time — Mike, the GM, came down and gave us nothing but excuses. He claimed that “pricing moves around all the time,” which felt like a weak justification for what seems like a bait-and-switch.
In the end, they refused to honor the price on the vehicle. We left feeling extremely disappointed and disrespected. This dealership completely wasted our time, and the lack of accountability from management was unacceptable.

I called ahead to schedule a test drive and even gave a courtesy call when I was running a few minutes late due to traffic. Henry was assigned to assist me and assured me the vehicle would be pulled up and ready. After driving 50 miles one way, I arrived to find the car filthy — covered in dust like it had been chasing another vehicle — and with a cracked windshield.
I understand it was a used car, but it was clear no effort was made to present it in a sellable condition. I told Henry what I was looking for, and while he mentioned that there was a sister dealership in Cary and vehicles could be transferred, he made no effort to actually check their inventory or help me find what I was shopping for.
The entire interaction felt passive and uninterested. No follow-up, no initiative, no real attempt to earn my business. I left the dealership feeling like my time wasn’t respected and my business wasn’t valued.

This is not the closest service department to my house but it is the one I go to because it is the best around. (I've driven Jeeps for decades and I have tried pretty much everyone in the Raleigh area.) The work I've needed done (which is a lot, because it is a Jeep!) has always been done in a timely manner, the pricing is competitive, and the people I've talked to in service have always been up front and nice. I do routine maintenance on my own, but when I need to have work done Wendell is where I take my Jeep. I trust what they say and, for me, it is worth the drive.

This place was phenomenal. Mr. Victor Perez was very helpful. I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado and I had an issue with the bank about a loan but he was super patient with me and got it all figured out. I have had the truck for about 2 weeks with no issues. My only advice is do not get a loan from Civic Federal Credit Union.

BEWARE- DO NOT PURCHASE IF OUT OF STATE
I purchased my TRX in January. It is now June and no plate. They shipped it to me with no temporary tag on it. I’ve been driving it with no plate. 3 tickets, pulled over 7 times. After purchasing the truck communication has been non existent with them. They don’t answer and when they finally did, I asked to speak to bob lee (the only helpful guy there) once I was transferred it was someone impersonating him. I believe this was the current gm Brandon. Very unprofessional, I’ve sent countless text showing I’m being pulled over and just need a temporary plate. No responses. Beware from purchasing from them. Their franchisor should strip the name off the building.

If you want a new car, this is the place to get it. Ask for Darnell Daly.

Had a sheetz airpump let air out of my motorcycle tire instead of putting any in. Left with 17psi in the tire I limped over to Leith and asked for a favor. They were more than happy to help get me back on the road! Great group of guys in the service department! Would have been stuck without them! Thanks again guys!

Always trying to sell you something. Now a two hour job is taking 7 hours?? And, surprise, surprise, they have no cars to loan out. I have things that I HAVE to do this afternoon, things that involve helping other people who have been in the hospital and they are messing with that. Never again! I will drive farther to go to a different dealer!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle and had an outstanding experience thanks to Mr.Paul Hayes. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They listened to what I was looking for, answered all my questions without pressure, and guided us through the process smoothly.
What really stood out was their patience and honesty. They made sure we were completely comfortable with our decision and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled promptly and efficiently. The entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a car and want someone who truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend working with Mr.Paul Hayes. He made the entire process easy and even enjoyable!

Do not buy an "as-is" vehicle without being checked by a.3rd party
The 2017 Ford F150 (VIN 1FTEX1C83HKC52964) needs a transmission, ASAP. Don't buy unless you want to spend another $6K.
