Crazy lady was screaming on the phone in another language for minutes before recognizing me at the counter. I put my card info in and it took forever to process so I walked out. They came and got me at my car and said I need to put pin in. I walked back in by the time I walked back in their machine proceeded it and it went through without me having to input info. Just a terrible experience

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A U-HAUL! I reserved a truck a week in advance (looked to verify weekend hours in advance) and then checked in the night before. I got to the store 5 minutes before opening time and saw no lights were on and the doors were still barred (I figured they were waiting till 9 am to turn it all on and open the doors so that didn't bother me). I sat and waited. 9:05 rolls around and still nothing so I walked up to the door to make sure the site was correct. Sure enough, Sundays are 9am-10pm. I tried calling the store with no answer and so I waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually, 9:30 came around so I called U-Haul directly who helped move my reservation to 10:30 am at a nearby location (Thank you Chloe!). As I was leaving the lot around 9:40, the owner comes strolling in like she wasn't 40 minutes late. I left her in the dust and will NEVER return.

DECEIVED AND HUMILIATED I purchased a full tank of gas on or about the early part of Aug 2024.I returned A week later with an acute gastro emergency due to listeria food poisoning. ( I purchased an item)There is no other store for 5 miles. I was advised by the clerk I had an emergency and was denied access to their bathroom due “we have no water back there” though they were cooking food in the same area of the store. HUMILIATING enough due to the acute urgency, I was forced to go to the woods. 2 weeks later I was told by a different clerk “we don’t have water and denied names. The result of the Wake County Health Inspector Compliant-Running water was found in the bathroom and kitchen area. The store is not required to have public bathrooms. BUT DA…. even in an obvious medical emergency, the he Staff lied about water for denying me access to the bathroom. SHAME on the clerks and management for training them to lie to paying customers. From a former Humiliated customer 💔❤️🩹🤮🤢

First problem I ever had at this store was water in the gas after spend 2000 to get my car fix in 2021 last night 03-30-2024 I went there bout 8 he try charge me $6.58 for 2 fanta the store cruise have for 3 dollars right down the road never shoping there again an I will report to the news and other affiliate I need to cause that's ridiculous
