Cleanest gas station bathroom I've seen in a while. Kind and professional staff, good food selection, and a tidy, well maintained pump station.

If you are Black, please don't spend your dollars at this gas station! I was traveling on 64/264, and had to pull over into this Shell parking lot and dial 911 for emergency assistance. I was unable to move my extremities, walk, and couldn’t breathe.
According to the gas station attendant, the owner, sits and watches the cameras 24/7. The owner watches me get picked up by EMS, to later have my car towed. I was in the hospital for approximately 2-3 hours, and when my family went to retrieve my vehicle after discharge it was gone. The owner, Gordon, has a contract with Lizard Lick Towing; and they impounded my car. We had to pay $275 to have my car removed from the impound.
What decent human being watches someone get into an ambulance, and then proceeds to tow their vehicle! I urge you, if you’re Black DO NOT spend a dime there. I’d like to think, if I had blonde hair and blue eyes, would this treatment be the same? I was told, that EMS should’ve left a note. Wake County EMS was concerned about getting me medical attention, not leaving a note on a vehicle.
Furthermore, when I called 911, my mom attempted to call the Shell gas station 20 times, and if you dial the number, it continually goes to voicemail. Had the phones been working, my mother could’ve given them the heads up, that I was in dire need of medical attention.
DO NOT SPEND A DIME AT THIS FACILITY, and I will be posting a TikTok about this experience! I got discharged around 8:00 pm, and have been in pain since leaving the hospital, due to my vehicle being towed because I required emergency help.
I am calling corporate to file a formal complaint!

We got some sweets from there but even though the bathrooms were ok she won’t let us use them

The premium gasoline is overpriced, and they do not allow customers to use the restroom because of sewer issues

Just went and bought some stuff at this mart and even though there was a restroom right there, they said they didn’t have a restroom. Weird and not cool.

2 sets of gas fuel pumps on 2 sides of the building. Tap to pay (contactless) payment option. Was able to enter my Shell Fuel Rewards Alt ID and then Tap To Pay credit card payment.

Pretty decent gas prices and well maintained lot. Easy to get in and out of as well for a quick fuel fill-up.

I got gas and now my card has a negative balance. You put a hold on my funds of which I need asap. I got a few dollars and you more than tripled the hold amount. I need my money please.
