Just went to this store to return old devices as directed by AT&T. We switched from another carrier. The young lady named Hope was one of the unfriendliest people you can meet - rude, detached and unhelpful. She lied and said that the phones need to be mailed in. Then she went on to say even if she wanted to process the return she couldn’t because the toner in the printer was out.
We left the store and called another one. The gentleman asked to come by and return the cell phones.
I am still amazed why one would take in a customer service job and be so sour with the customers and even lie. Whoever’s in charge here needs to get their act together.

Tadarious was super helpful and show us so many ways we could fix the problem we had. To many people tell you this is only one way and there are more than one way. Tadarious pointed the pro and cons of each and that was super helpful.

We worked with Hope at this specific AT&T location. Hope was wonderful! She was professional, helpful and helped us as soon as we walked in and quickly resolved our issues! Thank you so much Hope. She relieved our frustration and provided fantastic service.

Great service and took the time to explain nest steps for transferring my data from my old phone. Jeff was very helpful in making recommendations for accessories but did not try to oversell services sell on things I didn’t need.

I walked in to the AT&T at Wesley Chapel at the height of my frustration with dealing with AT&T over the phone who were unable to solve my issues even after SEVERAL hours of trying to fix it. I threw an absolute mess into the in-store representative Jeff’s lap and he quickly resolved the issues with such grace, professionalism, and determination to not only find a solution, but to make me feel like a valued customer. I feel confident that it had not been for Jeff, I’d still be on the phone with AT&T and still not have any resolution. Thank you, Jeff, for your patience and kindness—and for taking ownership of a problem you did not create. Highly recommend both Jeff and Edison at this location!

I came in to do several requests with phone transfers and getting another line, and Cole was the one to help me out. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped me out!

Had an issue with my voicemail, and the AT&T rep Cole (Store Manager) resolved my issue in a very timely manner. He was very courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions. Great customer service.

Cole was great. Needed a new phone and he directed me to the perfect one. Didn’t try to upsell me and explained how billing would work. Wanted to buy a case for the phone but the store seemed to be short of items. Customer service lives!

Just had my iPhone 8 fail due to an iOS update, this is the third iPhone that failed due to an iOS update! Went to AT&T store to get a fix or replacement.was left with only one option, to purchase an upgrade at FULL price! Don’t understand why it wasn’t free or deep discounted, also not sure why I’m still with AT&T or iPhone!
