“I had an excellent experience! He replaced the brakes on my 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and completed an oil change. He is extremely knowledgeable about all makes and models and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was his honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers. He is a man of integrity, which is hard to find—especially as a woman looking for someone trustworthy to service my vehicle. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and I left confident that my vehicle was in great hands. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality automotive service. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs!”

“5 Stars isn't enough for the Service & Hospitality that Tom, his wife and their team provided us. We recently purchased an RV that had me in tears when we broke down on our first trip out. What we'd thought to be a water pump replacement turned into much much more but they were on top of it every step of the way to get us up and running again. They even took the time to call us just to check in, see if we made it to our destination safely and know how we're doing. Their kindness, knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail, honesty & hospitality is truly top notch. Stop in and say hi. You'll be glad that you did.”

“Carolina Car Care took my car immediately as a walk-in with brake issues. When they had to order a part, they drove me home and returned to pick me up when the car was complete. They were very attentive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone!”
