A few years back my husband took his jeep here, we'd only been in Pinehurst for about 5 months. The air conditioning wasn't working in the 2003 Jeep Wrangler sports he had just bought in Texas and drove home in the dead of summer and boiling hot... After picking the Jeep up, that is the coldest ait conditioner I've ever felt in any vehicle I've ever been in especially during the months and days it feels liké 115 with humidity. They are the best and I love their receipts and how they list things they fixed, things that maybe coming up that was noticed that will be needing fixed soon. They are awesome This is the best mechanic shop I have ever, ever dealt with and I refuse to go anywhere else... Period!!!! I'd give them 10 stars if the 10 stars were listed.

Great shop! Turned in a C300 for a water pump repair, they had a decent repair turnaround and no hidden costs. A belt that was installed was faulty and snapped the day we picked it up, they sent a tow truck, towed the car, repaired it, and had it back within 24 hrs without additional charges. Will absolutely be a return customer.

Stopped going here after discovering they attempted to repair my daughters door with tape and charging me a small fortune every time. I asked VW after taking it to Autowerks three times for the same problem, if they were sure, their reply was there is no way they tore apart the door and fixed what they claimed without seeing this, and that would’ve resulted in them fixing it.
