Seven Lakes Ace Hardware opened in April 2018 and offers a wide range of products, including hardware, boating, gift, and grilling items. The sales team is very kind and helpful, going the extra mile to assist customers. They will spend time ensuring customers find what they need and leave satisfied. However, some customers have reported feeling uncomfortable when staff closely monitor them, seemingly suspicious of those who do not live in the Seven Lakes Gaited Community. Despite this, the store has received positive reviews, with one customer praising the friendly greeting and the welcoming of their puppy. The new Garden Center behind the hardware store is also well-received, offering a good selection of annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and a few larger plants, though lacking in larger shrubs and trees.
I never thought I’d show this much loyalty to a hardware store, but the folks at Ace are top notch. Big shout out to Keegan and the rest of the lawn and garden department!

Always helpful. The employees ALWAYS ask if they can help you find something. If you purchase heavy items, they will ask if you need help loading your car.

I came to do a regular thing on an extreme day (the day the ice storm was supposed to begin) they handled everything with professionalism grace and courtesy in a quick Manor. There were a number of things go wrong on their end (but they kept composure) and check us out in a quick but servicing mannor.
