“Inconsistent pricing. I was told one price (that’s also written on the board), but after I ordered the parts I needed and came back, Frank gave his son a different price to tell me. This is inconvenient due to payments being cash only. Also, I chose them because they were reasonably priced. Had I known the real cost, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere with less hassle of back forth, and with a cheaper rate. Friendly staff, but I’d rather know the total cost BEFORE service, not AFTER they've done the job.
