Manager denied a return on a faulty part in it's warranty period and told me that I was stuck with a bad part that rendered my vehicle useless during the floods. This really screwed me as I had to drive two hours through dangerous roads to get the help I needed from the mountain city location.

They had the battery charger I needed to charge my truck until I can get a new battery for it. The charger cost 60 bucks, the battery costs about $300 but I didn't have time to put the battery in the truck today, so I guess now I'll have a charger in case I need it I can use it on my boat.

Very helpful when I went in there to get some windshield wipers. I didn't need to know anything. I even asked them to put it on for me and they did.
