These folks are wonderful to work with! We needed space on very short notice after our elderly Mom passed; they worked with us even though we were from out of town. We could access as needed and, when we were done, they made it very easy to wrap up the contract. Drop n Roll folks are models of real, customer-centered business!

Very much needed a Storage Facility as we were putting our home on the market to sell and needed to downsize, consolidate, and stage our home for viewings. Drop and Roll came to the rescue with this modern, great looking facility in West Jefferson NC. Climate controlled, fully automated access to the facility and the lockers. Very impressed with the quick responses received when needing to ask questions, or get other needed information. Always accessable and secure making the customer feel comfortable to leave their personal property in the owners hands. Easy to end service by just taking a picture to demonstrate that it was clean, and sending the picture with a text to the customer representative. Great job. Highly recommended!

I have been using this storage unit across from Walmart in West Jefferson for 2 months now. Really like the cleanliness and the ease of dropping items off. Every time I visit to drop off more boxes, lights come on as a I move thru my unit, making it easier to see my path. But today really amped up why I like this place. It seems I dropped my keys to the lock outside and it was found. I got an email notifying me of the situation. When I saw an email today about some keys being found, I realized, the cameras are watching every move. That is the kind of confidence and security you want when you leave your possessions. My confidence has been really amped up! Thank you!!

This place is very clean inside and outside. Easy to get in and out of. Owners are easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. Climate control storage unit was very clean. Beautiful facility! This is the second time renting. Best place there is to store. I’m 3 in half hours from Boone. My daughter is at App State, moved her 2 times into deferent apartments. Used this place both times. I would use them every time! Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Love that the units are climate controlled and accessible 24 hrs with coded entry. Owners and managers are great about responding quickly with answers to any questions.

STAY AWAY! Shady and unprofessional. My first experience trying to pay a bill consisted of man telling me I could "send him a picture of my credit card information" and he would charge it after he finished mowing the lawn. I said no, that’s very sketchy and unprofessional. I instead set up a ONE time payment online with a card that I did NOT want reused. That card was charged again. There have been several other incidents that have occurred as well.

Everything you want in a storage facility. They keep an eye on the facility and are very prompt on all matters. Facility is in great condition and entry access is easy.

We have just moved out of a temperature controlled unit at the Millers Creek facility. It is very clean, secure and well kept. Renting is easily done on the phone. Our items were in perfect condition after 2 1/2 years. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I would highly recommend. Customer service was great. The facility at Miller's Creek was more than I expected. It was clean, had equipment that made moving easier and the building was climate controlled. The price was reasonable.
