He determined there was an issue with the battery in the box and had a tech to our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). Chase was also very friendly and helpful and had our internet back up and running in no time. After having so many problems over the years with the big phone/internet companies, we were thrilled to have such prompt, personal service from Skybest.”

Instead of making a customer stand on alert all day from 8:30 until 5:00 for service to be installed, why not close the window and say morning or afternoon? It isn't right to hold a customer hostage all day long in order to receive services. I really like the staff and know they will work on this for their customers.”
