1 star because it's the lowest it'll go. Tried to buy my wife a stackable washer and dryer for Christmas. Bought a set, got home and ready to hook up and the dryer was gas. Took it back. Refund2-3days... ordered a new set. Delivered today and dryer was broke... They offered 80$ discount but no warranty haha what a joke!!! Now they have to process refund on dryer before another can be sent and want us to purchase another one and then they'll refund our money.... LOWES IS A JOKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Definitely not what they use to be!!! Home Depot here we come...

Beware of buying appliances with delivery at West Jefferson Lowes. We have been waiting 2 months for a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery company called me at noon and told me that the road in our neighborhood was too narrow. Anyway, many large trucks come in the neighborhood on our road as it's a 2 lane and we have received deliveries from Lowes in the past. Spent all day trying to reach someone who knew what was going on and waiting on returned calls that were promised and have yet to receive. The local store has no control over deliveries from the warehouse system, but they're the ones who took the money. I got a full refund today, but still need a fridge. I find the staff at the WJ Lowes helpful and friendly, so its a real shame that a corporate delivery outsourcing strategy makes it impossible to do business with their store here in town.

Spend a whole lot of money here. Never can find much help, that is unless I'm at the self checkout and I want some person qawking at me while I try to pay for my items. Kinda sycks because there just there to watch to see if your going to steal that .47 cent nut.

Definitely one of the best Lowe's I've shopped at. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It would help us handicapped to have a few more electric carts available though.

Does anyone answer the phone at this store? I called the millwork desk around 10 am- it rang and rang for about 5 minutes. Then I tried customer service- same situation. No answer. I decided to go in and visit the cabinetry section to get pricing. I walked around looking at samples and books for half an hour. No one was at either service desk. No one walking by offered to help.

I hardly ever, if ever, write reviews. Today at Lowe’s, Brad gave us some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a retail store. He helped us find exactly what we needed, and even advised us on the best deal. My friend works for a manufacturing company and he got us some great information on the Pro Center. Shout out to Brad for his hard work. He did an outstanding job!

I prefer a Home Depot (sorry ?) but Lowe's is the only choice in town due to their corporate offices being here. Usually has what we need. My main gripe is finding someone to help me when needed! Other than that, it's a clean store.

I am with the other low review—I have never seen a Lowe’s so completely unorganized, and just poor management of products and inventory! I have been into the Project review for redoing my kitchen, 3 different times, & spent an up to an hour waiting for help—& left all 3 times empty-handed. I tried to get help with supplies for a patio project, got sent from customer service—then to the Pro line, who said they couldn’t help me order, or even verify my calculations for products. I have never seen a place that is in it to make money, and make it SO HARD TO SPEND it!The inventory isn’t EVER right, & never matches what is on the floor—even with the help of staff! The frustration of being slightly short on availability and unable to complete a project.If I had another place closer to go to—I would be working with another place!

If I could leave zero star review I would. I placed a large order, and the morning it was supposed to be delivered I received an email that my delivery was cancelled. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. I went online to reschedule my delivery as directed, and received two separate emails both with different delivery times than I requested. Basically, I have no idea where my order is arriving. I’ve called the store several times and after being on hold for 20 minutes and finally speaking with somebody each time, I’ve been hung up on.

It's like their trained to run from you. No return call from pro services on vinyl siding. A few great employees but most avoid customers

I had purchased a weed eater for my son.Within the year, the battery or charger died.Tim at costumer service was AMAZING!He took care of us quickly and without any hassle whatsoever. I have never had such amazing customer service at any store!Tim is definitely an asset to Lowes!

The people make the place. I have had good experiences with the staff on the floor, if they don't know yhe answer they'll get some one that does... thank goodness for that!
