Mike was great! I went there with my 2002 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab 4X4 I told him my muffler has holes in it! He looked underneath my truck right away I didn’t even have to wait! He diagnosed the problem he had the muffler I needed in stock and he scheduled my service for his next business day! I dropped off my truck and it was done in less time then he quoted less then 2 hours! I would definitely recommend him doing work for anybody and his prices are great well worth it! I had called another shop they asked me for my plate or vin number and called me back with a ridiculous amount of over $600! Do your shopping people it’s a no brainer to go to the good guy Mikes Muffler in West Jefferson NC! Thank you Mike

After the brake job Mike managed to splice two wires together and get my powerswindows to work after many years broken. He also welded my push mower wheels! Mike is da Man.

I recently moved to West Jefferson. The salt used on the roads in winter takes its toll on the metal parts of your vehicle. My exhaust pipes detached from the muffler. People recommend Mike's Muffler. I see why now. He got me in the same day and for a very reasonable price. Nice guys there.

My husband went there to see if he could get the Front break pads put on our van even though we didn't have an appointment the guy we spoke to took time out of his day to put them on and even test drove the vehicle to make sure they worked properly they were very nice and the price was reasonable I was very surprised by the way they acted I highly recommend them they are honest and good about what they do.Service: Brakes

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Way too over priced for the quality of work always heard bad things about the shop and found out they are true better off going and finding somewhere else to do the work.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement
