“I was at a loss as New Year's Eve was approaching and I could not seem to find anything to wear to an event. My husband and I were walking down main street in West Jefferson and decided to stop in to "just look". So glad we did as we were promptly welcomed and asked if there was anything special I was looking for. Pam and her assistant (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) immediately went to work putting together outfits and pulling things for me to try on and narrowed down what would work for me. Finally there was the "AHA" moment and the perfect outfit came together. I also found an additional ensemble at the same time. I was expecting to leave empty handed but thanks to their persistence and help, I left with 2 outfits. I even had someone come up to me and compliment my outfit at the NYE event. All in all, a very positive experience. Thanks so much for all your help and patience :-)”

“The nicest two ladies this evening helped me pick out my outfits and I’ve got to say they have no idea how much they actually helped. Sure it was just another day of work for them but these ladies helped me get my sense for style back just from the hour I was there.
