Brandon N wrote that someone stole 20 pills from them and refused to look at the cameras. OMG!!! I already hate CVS. They are rude, unprofessional, and absolutely disrespectful of customer's time and needs. And I hadn't found a location yet that I was happy with. People complain about the wait time at the window, well I'm the person inside waiting. I took the time to walk inside and they will take window customers or phone calls before me. I hung in there b/c I didn't feel like switching. But after reading there is not even a protocol in place when a customer says meds are missing is reason enough now. CVS has got to start responding to complaints. I've called their corporate office and complained before. Even the pharmacists are rude. I am switching b/c of these complaints. And until they start really trying to make their customer service better, I hope they lose many many more. And, I've been on hold for them about 30 minutes. When I'm standing in front of them they answer the phone and leave me standing there. Damn.

Customer service at the window is unacceptable. There have been several times I have been to the window and I would have to wait and wait for medicine. No one should have to wait for a half hour or more for their medicine at the drive up.

by far, the worst customer service ive ever experienced.they put u on hold for 20-30 mins, my wife got her meds filled and one of the employees stole 20 of the pills out of one of her bottles.we asked to review the cameras and she refused, she said she already checked it (which was a lie). and on top of that she treated us so disrespectfully.Either way, just know that there is a thief working there and if they steal your medication, you just have to suffer.They did her so wrong.Keep in mind im not talking about cvs as a whole, just THIS location.they need to hire Profesionals.

Do not use this pharmacy. The lines are always long. Do not use the drive-through. They always seem short staffed.

This CVS location does not meet the high quality of customer service that is expected from the CVS brand. My experience on Friday was terrible. I arrived at 12:30 and was told my prescription would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I returned at 5 p.m. and my prescription still was not not completed. I waited another hour and 15 minutes until my prescription was filled This CVS location is severely understaffed. The employees are overwhelmed with incoming prescriptions that are 4 to 5 days behind and getting completed. This staffing issue affects both employees and customers. Want to experience the staffing issue first hand, try calling the pharmacy. That will be at least 30 minutes until you speak to someone. This situation can only improve by contacting CVS corporation customer service. This review does not reflect the employees working under these deplorable conditions. They manage to smile and are friendly. They do the best they can.

it does not matter when you are going or if there is 1 person or 20 in line you will wait . if you phone you will never actually get an.answer. They are always understaffed it's not employees fault but appears to be lack of employees and organization. This is not one time this is every time . They don't listen to comments etc and will offer changes you refuse and the n they get confused by there own suggestions and hold up fills. it is ridiculous to leave employees overworked and short handed at the expense of people who are often not feeling well when there .

CVS in Whiteville North Carolina is the most ridiculous, disgusting place I have ever seen in MY LIFE. Elderly needing medications & CVS slamming doors in physicians faces who are trying to supply medications for patients who have lost their home, medications, vehicles, etc., is very unacceptable & the patients have no medicine NONE what so ever!! I am very disturbed at this, especially with the disaster that we are in!

Review is for the pharmacy only, I have had no problem with the store. The pharmacy rarely answers the phone and their customer service is awful. They can’t answer my questions but they can give me a number to call.
