I have used Jackson Hewitt for the last 15 years. The last two have been horrible. I've gone in over the years, waiting for hours after my appointments time and still did it with grace. This year I had a Virtual appointment. Nobody called Wednesday to say due to weather we're canceling, Thursday appointments 10am Nobody calls I waited an hr called them, fought through the phone tree, finally got my office to be told she'd call bk. She called bk several times. I provided info, she said she'd finish up and call me to sign. That was 3 pm yesterday. It's 2:35pm. I called left a message at 12 still no assistance. Was told she had a customer sbd theree were ppl in the office. From my perspective, completing me shouldve taken precedent. And my charges are almost 900...and this is what I'm paying for. Next year. It's turbotax for me.
