The customer service is poor. Employees are rude and disrespectful to customers. I watched an employee go toe to toe with a distressed customer who was go of gas. Her unsympathetic reaction was, It's our policy." She was not the least concerned about his dilemma. The whole group behave as if they are a very wealthy business and do not need to provide customer service. No matter what the temperature is, if you are out of gas and they are not scheduled in your area, you're out of luck. No going the extra mile with them. I personally know they have no interest in old fashioned customer service. I wonder when that senior finally got gas. One thing is for sure, business is like water; it keeps flowing. If LRP keeps at this pace, their river won't always run deep.

I second the previous post! They are so rude it just ridiculous! They are the worst! And they don't care about you or your business. Just nasty for no reason! Very UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE! They deserve negative stars unfortunately that's not an option on here! Don't waste your time seek out other companies in the area!

I have NEVER experienced such crappy customer service! This company bought my previous provider. 1. They did nothing to introduce themselves to their new customers. 2. They have a delivery schedule no one knew about. Had they did no. 1 their new customers would have known. 3. They are so GREEDY they have done NOTHING to show that they care about anything other than money. 4. Going back to no. 1, a proper introduction would have given customers the option of staying or finding a new provider. 5. A proper introduction would have been a good time to discuss any and all new policies and or special programs available. For some odd reason my husband wants to give them another chance (against my better judgment). I wish that I could give them negative stars!
