About Queen Beauty Supply
Queen Beauty Supply is a very nice store for all hair needs, with a great inventory that is completely stocked and very organized. Customers can shop or browse in peace. It is a super clean and well-maintained place. The people are described as absolutely wonderful, very friendly, very helpful, and awesome. They act on the impulse of how to help and love customer satisfaction, going out of their way to get customers what they want or need. The owner is noted as very nice. Prices are considered okay, with one customer receiving a huge discount. However, some feedback notes it would be nice to have good customer service from the cashier, who is often on her phone checking Facebook or having a conversation, making customers wait. Overall, it is called the best beauty supply store in the area by a licensed professional, and many customers state they will be back.
