Ronalds Body shop were the only ones open and willing to pick up my mom when she was stranded due to hitting a deer. They towed her vehicle and gave her a ride to her home since no rental car places were open on a Sunday early morning. They fixed her car ? and when she returned to pick it up, they offered to pick her up from the Enterprise nearby. She told me that every single person who worked there was super helpful and friendly.Also, she said her car looked like new when she finally got it back (it was a very big deer).

Leroy was my tow truck driver when I was stranded on 95 with no wrench to get my spare tire down. He was fabulous! Very pleasant to deal with and he got the job done quickly and efficiently! His little dog is super cute too!! If we're ever in the area again, we know exactly who to call if we need help.Thank you!

This place is great! I had to have body work done after an accident. Ronald's went above and beyond. They actually listened when I told them about a weird problem since the accident. They found it and fixed it. The best part was the unexpected but beautiful full detailing job they gave my car.

Ronalds Tow truck came up behind me on highway 74/76 as I was moving around a fedex truck. Driver tailgate me then flipped me off as he yelled obscenities. Unprofessional and tacky. Would not ever do business with a company like this.
