Great Customer Service! They held the door for us as we entered, they were very polite and attentive. The best part… they’re helping us get away from lousy AT&T! We’ve had problems with AT&T trying their “delay” tactics. They intentionally make you mad and try their best to make things difficult when they find out you’re leaving. Fulton and the ladies were right there to help us. We are so thankful we stopped in. Thank You for everything! Looking forward to working with them for years to come!

The only reason it's not 5stars is because we're still having issues with a phone we just signed up our service with spectrum. The ladies have been super friendly and helpful. We continue to return with any and all issues. ? Blessings

This place has horrible customer service skills these people are only about money and have no care in their business what's so ever they are unprofessional and and the lack of understanding and consistency is unreal this place should be shut down and it's owners and be reported to the better business bureau best stick with your streaming stick and prepaid phones if u look to these people for service....... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NikkiAnn is unprofessional and don’t know the difference between a DVR and a regular cable box. Her and her clerks are just as clueless . Stood in that store for 30 minutes just to return a dvr . Spectrum obviously don’t care who they hire . Gave NikkiAnn the dvr I was turning in and she removed and deactivated my service on the wrong dvr. How did she become a manager ? Why is she the manager ? She don’t even know the difference between a DVR and a regular cable box. BBB complaint has been filed .

I upgraded to your "best" internet package and my internet has gotten worse. There's no reason my internet should go out 4 times every hour

Having trouble with voice mail. Went to whiteville store and was refused assistance. Was told to call 611. Did was told store should have helped me. Call back later was on hold an hour to speak to mgr who said store should have called tech if they could not fix it. Black to store same rep rude again refused help. Go to car called 611 again. Took 54 min to file complaint against store and still no help with phone.

It took a long time just to get my phone switched from us cellular to spectrum..I sat there 2 1/2 hours.it should not take that long to do nothing with a phone..I hope the service was worth the wait..oh yea..customer service stinks at whiteville location..

Worst company in the world ask for help to get our internet working got us with two separate accounts in one house won't come out and fix nothing because there's no other service on our road actually told us what can you do about it just because we have no one else to go to
