Would be helpful if the staff was knowledgeable on providing assistance with resolving online orders, if a manager was on duty for assistance and if the customer service was more willing, able and happy to resolve issues that arose to make sure the customer is satisfied.

This location is very clean and the sandwiches are good but the customer service was terrible today. I came in with my daughter and the lady working there was kind of rude. She wasn't listening to anything we said. I'm not sure if she was hard if hearing or just being rude.

I think it's ridiculous how I've been standing inside for at least 15 minutes and no one was up here to work at all. January 11, 2023 at 7:38pm. And as there are 5 people standing in line waiting in an empty shop... You can hear a worker, who looked at me from the back when I first walked in, talking on their cellphone taking a personal call.

I already wrote a review but now its gone. Ive came to this store about size times in the last two months and everytime EVERYTIME my boyfriend goes in and gets the food. Same thing. We pay a different price everytime! Goes from 12$-16$ or so and maybe one time yall have made it somewhat right, but that day it was made sideways in the bread. Oil vinegar only in the ham on the left side. I believe there was a picture but it got deleted. I would love to speak with someone about my last teveiw being deleted and why yall cannot get a tiny bit of mayo right or toast it all the way or why its burnt the next day. I thought subs were 5$ foot longs. Not 12-18$ when you add one or two things to it.

I placed my order online. Received my sub cold it was missing items, the spinach on the salad had brown spots, cucumber had orange spots on them, placed 2 different types of cookies in one bag and I never received the rest of my order. The staff, manger and owner was very disrespectful. Don't waste your time or money at this Subway.

Met a girl friend of mine there and caught up. The food was amazing as always. We both got tuna foot longs. We are definitely planning on it again.

Do not order online. They will slap anything together & think its suppose to be ok. My subs barely had any meat in them. I had more bread, onions, & bell peppers than anything. I was very disappointed & they didn't even wanna bother to makr it right. They wanted me to drive up there like they were gonn pay me gas money to show them what they fixed & sent out like they don't know what they did. The bread was pink looking on the steak!???

Ordered on the app for pickup, the app is easy to use and the subs are always good. My food was waiting for me when I got there.
