“Called in and requested a part. Called back with a prompt response to confirm the part. Got home to find out it was not the direct replacement as expected/advertised. Not their fault directly, but a little more information to be able to confirm that it was the correct part would have been nice, especially before putting down a deposit and driving 3 hours one way to go get it.”
