“Battery wasn’t working in our F350 truck . Husband was stranded with building materials he had just loaded. He called me to come and get the battery from him (was still under warranty from O’Reilly’s) so he could stay with our truck. I took the battery to O’Reilly’s to have them check out/exchange. Amber checked it and quickly got me a replacement battery which Robert was kind enough to carry to my car for me. Took the new battery to my husband and he was back on the road again, bringing the materials home. Amber and Robert were both courteous and professional in assisting me. “The unloading process is fast every time I come here. The office staff is professional, nice and friendly. There is a restroom for truckers onsight near the office area. Overnight parking is available in the staging area and also on the street. There is plenty of space to back up and dock your trailer here.”

He took me over to pick out the bulb, at no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me the most expensive item- just honest service. The placement of the bulb was in a difficult spot, but he seriously put in effort to reach it so that he could replace it for me. Definitely my store of choice for any car needs moving forward”
