Everyone at this location has always been so nice and helpful, especially the front of store, you guys are amazing! However today I experienced the most immature, unprofessional customer service from Dayana in the drive thru pharmacy. Hoping the interaction is on camera and her attitude is addressed. Never spending a cent at this location again.

This Pharmacy is the worse. They knew all day I needed my pain meds but yet and still they tell me they will have it ready tomorrow as if I dont need it today. I wish I could give this Pharmacy 0 stars because they are so uncaring.

I went to CVS today getting medicine for my cold symptoms. I was not feeling very well and it was so nice to be greeted kindly and for an employee (Pam) to answer all my questions and to help me find items, I was looking for. It helped me get my shopping done quickly so I could get home faster: she was just so very helpful and kind. Thank you CVS.

We found the staff to be extremely kind and pleasant to work with! They go out of their way to help you find what you need and they patiently assisted us with the coupons that we almost forgot to use!

I had a mixup today where my doctor sent my prescription to the wrong location. I must say after the horrible customer service I had at the wrong location it made me appreciate this location even more. Keep up the good work

The CVS automated answering service is the worst ever. It trys every direction to help you by AI however drags you along to keep you from speaking with a real person. If my only option is to leave a message for the pharmacy... then put that on the main menu to not waste my time and get me to a human faster. The AI is pushing the CVS app however the communications on the app is only from CVS to me. Why doesn't the app allow me to send a text message to the pharmacy and skip the awful phone service?
