Brandy is the person at checkout that also greeted me with the biggest smile when entering the store. What made this even more enjoyable was the timing. It was the evening before Thanksgiving Day when most employees want to be home. It was the Best customer service I’ve gotten. Amazing! Thanks Brandy.You did your job beyond expectations,Barbara .

What is supposed to be a convenience for those of us who live in Whitsett is instead an active annoyance. Don’t even bother with this CVS - just pretend it isn’t here and go to the location on University, where they’ll direct you anyway if you need the following that they advertise:1. A passport photo (their camera is broken)2. A timely UPS pick-up (mine sat for 4 days before they handed it over)3. Any trace of intelligence or urgency beyond the pharmacy.4. Reliability of any sort.Pharmacy is fine, though the communication between the app and store is sometimes unreliable, so call ahead.

Never had the medicines I needed, the pharmacy tech told me to call different pharmacies to see if they had the meds I needed when she could have looked right in their database to see who had it. Just another company that hires employees who don't give a shit about doing their jobs. I switched to Publix and even that was a fiasco, Publix called, faxed, emailed for my scripts and I physically had to go there and get them, the pharmacist on duty then copped a attitude. Publix filled my prescription in 15 minutes.... Wish I could give 0 stars...

CVS has lots of items to sell. It has a pharmacy in the back slots of brands. Often finding where things are required talking to an employee. CVS has many specials and their pricing policies can be confusing and requires attention to detail.

I'm unsure why your hours state you open at 8:00am and when I get there Saturday at 8:18, the drive-thru is closed. On top of that, this CVS looks run down and the signs are so faded that you can't read them. When I pulled up to the window, that's where I saw the sign that stated you open at 8:00. I don't get it.So now I'm getting texts about picking up my RX when I tried to do that Saturday.BUT I use this CVS because it's close and Aaron is awesome!

This was one of the very few times we're I've been able to come through the drive thru and there weren't any issues. The tech was able to scan my barcode and sent me on my way with my prepaid items. I will be switching my prescriptions to this location.

I've been going to this CVS for the last 7 years and haven't ever had a bad experience. Every time I'm here, I consistently see customers being SO rude to staff, especially in the pharmacy. I don't know how they're able to hold their tongue and keep good attitudes, but they do. Huge props. CVS customers, please do better ?

I would give this absolutely 0 stars if I could. I took my daughter to cvs to get the covid test & her appointment was at 2:50, we get there at 2:40 & wait in line for 40 minutes only having 2 cars be helped & gone, so I call & speak to a guy in the pharmacy and ask if my daughters appointment was going to be cancelled due to the line not moving at all. He says no, but after the call they took care of the person that had been sitting at the window all this time. Finally, one car left in front of me awaiting to be helped. This has always been the pharmacy I have used since 2014 but they have gone down hill tremendously between somehow my insurance info constantly being deleted out of their system to now sitting in a drive line for 53 minutes. Now whether or not it is the employees or the people in the line that just don’t get basic instructions & able to keep things moving is to be determined. The lady helping was nice so not trashing her or any employees, just the system.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 3 years, including all of my family. It has been rough and the wait times have honestly tripled but I can’t help but feel for the employees that work there, honestly do not know how they are doing it. I usually go through the drive-thru and now the lines are all the way out to the street. Seriously, I don’t understand why CVS is adding Covid testing and Covid shots and boosters and not amp up their staffing. Maybe if the review below me Kristina Hall had a brain cell, she would realize that the staff is trying their best. They all work very hard. Thank you to all of them, and I would continue to be a KIND HUMAN BEING to them them because THEY ARE HUMAN. And if anyone has a problem take it up with corporate or switch to a different pharmacy.
