“The postmaster is awesome. He helped me find the postcard stamps I needed when several locations were out of stock. He checked the computer and found a branch that had them. He has always exhibited a positive and friendly attitude.”

“Amber is simply the best!! I went to see her to get my 16 year old a new passport, but I was pulled over on the way here, and it made me 30 minutes late for my appointment. Amber was able to help me right away and David and her were able to get my son’s passport processed and expedited for us!! We can’t thank you both enough! Amber, you will be forever remembered in my family! Please stay how you are with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at the Post Office! Way to go Amber and David! I can’t thank you both enough!!”

“I go out of my way to use Sedalia Post office. Deanna is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly listens. Every post office would be lucky to have such an employee!”

“Man at the desk was very helpful and greeted me almost immediately when I walked in the door. It is certainly a refreshing feeling from the poor service I received at the post office in Elon, NC.”

“Helpful, courteous, efficient--what more could you ask for? The staff here are awesome. Tia, at the front counter, is warm, professional, and as patient as the day is long. The negative reviews here talk about the speed of the mail, or not getting personally handed their mail. I think those complaints are not relevant to the actual storefront, since they're beyond the control of the staff here. If you want more speedy or more personalized service, they need the funding to hire more people and improve the ratio of mail per mail-mover. Call your representative, don't tank the reviews. tl:dr excellent post office”

“Above and beyond service from the members at this location! Came through big time holding a package for me and saving it from going back to the sender. Thank you all so much!”

“Just wanted to post a positive review after seeing all the bad ones. I was having an issue with my mail and this office went above and beyond to help me. The staff was very polite, took my info and promised when they found out what was going on they would call me back.I got several call backs from them which is almost unheard of now a days and they were able to resolve my issue. Thank you very much. I know the staff has a lot on their plate and I appreciate the hard work that you do.”
