Got a new full acrylic set done on June 5, 2024, 10 days ago. Every one of my nails have lifted bad, and one broke in half just from hitting against my car steering wheel! I called to talk with the spa about this issue and I was told “sometimes they just don’t last” and I need to come in and pay for a fill-in. The customer service was disappointing and the quality of my nail service doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Please take your hard earned $ elsewhere that will provide better service and better nail technicians.

This place does not deserve any stars. I asked for a deluxe pedi, and didn’t even get a basic. No file down, No fixing of the nails or cuticles. I asked what I was charged for and it was only a basic and gel but I will never go here again. If they don’t want to do the job they need to just close their doors

I have my personal manicurist, whom I love. No one else can do my nails like him. I 've tried other(s) .There is only one petticurist that does a magnificent job, and I 've tried several. The "4" rating is for these two. The price keeps climbing, and the service keeps declining. ?

Nails last for so long between fill ins. The place could use some updating, but don't let that fool you because they are the best around.

I went to Laura and she was very hospitable and made my visit very pleasant! She was very sweet and funny and she did a great job on my nails and toes!

This business doesn't deserve any stars at all. Blacks are treated VERY poorly here. Prices have increased while service and quality g as decreased. Nothing is sanitized or cleaned according to Regulations. Don't place your feet in the pedicure bowl before asking that it be cleaned. Even then, a previously used and dirty towel will be used. If you want to know how they really feel about you, turn on any translation app...you would not return. The ta j e many shortcuts even using people without any experience. Money is the only care they have. If they could remain open by serving Caucasians only, they would.

Tammy has been doing my nails since this shop opened 20+ years ago. Even when I moved 35 miles away, I still will only go to Sky Nails! Everyone there is fantastic! Highly recommend

Pedicure a few weeks ago the girl broke my toe nail off right across the middle and glued it then painted over it- had been going there for about 6-7 years and called and left msg after it happened- no call back then this week it started raising up so I went and asked them to cut it and the manager was cutting it and said I had broke it - I had not and don't appreciate someone trying to put their employees mistake off on me so I will not spend $50 for a pedicure there anymore.

Worst pedicure EVER! I wanted a deluxe and she rudely told me that she didn’t have time. She rushed through the pedicure. She left so much oil on my legs that I could have fried chicken. I had to wipe it off with a paper towel. If you want a good pedicure this is not the place to. Never again

Vy's was closed so I decided to give this place another shot. I went once about 4 years ago just for a fill and was not impressed at all. Figured it had to have improved since then.... I was wrong!! I walked in and was just stared at. I said hi, and asked if i could get a pedicure and a full acrylic set. At first the manbehind the register was starting to say no and they started speaking in their language so i have no idea what was said. My tech came out from the back and started talking to them. She said she would take me. While i was waiting, I was looking through the sns color swatches just for future reference and killing time as I already knew how I wanted my nails. She snatched the swatches out of my hand and told me to look through the gel and acrylic colors and leave the sns alone. Red flag number 2. I'm a grown woman, do not talk to me or treat me like a child. I waited for about 25 minutes and was finally brought back to the bowl. I've never had such a lazy pedicure done in my life! The tech(I use that term loosely)seemed aggravated when i told her the water was so hot I couldn't even put my feet in. I should have just walked out at that point. Very little filing and shaping and didnt even fully cure the gel on some spots. She never even asked me what/how I wanted my full acrylic set on my hands....until she was already putting acrylic on. At that point the short ombre I wanted for my nails was not possible. The nails are longer than I wanted by far(even after telling her several times I wanted them shorter) and are so thick I will need to make an appointment else where to get them trimmed and thinned down. She did not smooth them over hardly at all, so there is a big groove down the middle of 3 nails and the application is so uneven! She actually told me "I'm used to doing long nails. Short is hard for me. You made this hard on me"..... well excuse me, when I drop $100 for a service, I expect to get what I want! Which I also was asked to pay before she was even half way done with my nails. So unprofessional on so many levels. I will never waste my money at this place again! Save yourself the headache and wallet hit and go to a place like Vy's nails just across the road. You'll be much happier and won't need to pay again to have them fixed elsewhere. I should have just trusted my gut and checked the reviews before I considered going. Lesson learned!

The sign says "walk ins"welcome but when i walked in 5 minutes after they opened they said i needed an appt! There were several staff sitting around and only one customer! Is he said could make an appt and come back. Nope!

In the past I went here regularly.Today I signed it at 3:04, picked my color and sat down to wait for my turn.35 minutes later, a lady asked me what service did I need. I said a pedicure just like I wrote on the waiting list.She said we don’t have time to do that today, since we have 2 clients ahead of you.I replied you are open for 2 1/2 more hours. She said we don’t have any more openingsI said you couldn’t let me know that when I first came in today instead of 35 minutes later. I will no longer be a client here.Please stay away from here if you want good customer service

I called around 3 to make an appt at 5:10 for two pedicures. When I arrived, I picked my color and shortly thereafter we were heading to the bowl. The process was fairly quick. We both got the regular pedicure with gel polish to help with drying time. In and out in no time.

I'm sorry but this place is horrible. I'm usually not a negative person but they did a horrible job on my nails. I showed the lady a reference picture of the nails I wanted and my nails look absolutely nothing like the picture. My nails are literally chunky.
