She gets a call from me weekly to raise the limit on my debit cards so I can pay my crew and she’s always happy and willing to help as much as she can.”
“Pennie Self Sawyer is an excellent banker. She was extremely helpful to our family at the Elkin Highway location. We were living in Australia at the time, but kept a Wells Fargo US bank account, so it was slightly complicated. She took great care of us, was professional and super friendly! I am sad that location is closing, but will just be glad to keep working with Pennie.”

“Great. Their corporate services caught a fraudulent charge to my account that I did not approve. They contacted me regarding right away. I tried calling no answer sent an email and the company claimed they canceled the charges. Unfortunately, 10 days later the company charge the amount again going through so I blocked my card and working with my branch to clear it up. Fortunately and unfortunately having to get a new card and start over again with all my monthly posts. setup automatically. Thank you, BB & T now Truist. Willie”
