“Just had to bring back my old cable modem after upgrading. Not their fault but be prepared to wait in line 30 minutes. Almost always a line, sometimes out the door, so you may want to call ahead and try to schedule an appointment to try to avoid a long wait. I don't know for certain everyone can do this but I overheard an employee tell a client to do this so they wouldn't have to wait when they came back. Worth a try though. Customer service is good.”
