“Larry and Randy are absolutely amazing guys! We broke down on a road-trip and we’re completely stranded, rear wheel bearings were completely shot and traction was Dangerously bad and speed sensor got chewed up. They took us in immediately, got parts quickly, and worked nonstop until they were able to get us back on the road. Parts were completely seized and rusted together, and they did everything they could and worked HARD to get my car in working order for us to get home safely. All this while giving us a place to hang out for the day, keeping us entertained with friendly conversation and informed of what was going on, and even offering snacks. Instead, Josh went out of his way to help me and got me safely back on the road to Jacksonville. His kindness and professionalism meant the world in a stressful moment. “I dont care how far you have to drive, its worth it. Be prepared to make life long friends the moment you walk in the door. This isnt a dealership like any in 2023. Really feels like 1988 inside the dealership where the sales department wants to get to know you more then what your credit score is or how much money you got. Even if not the most profitable deal for them they going to do what it takes to make you happy. Very Refreshing in today's market where everyone else seems more worried about how much money they going to make off you.
